Angela Kwan

Sound Designer

As a high schooler, Angela Kwan loved rocking out on her invisible electric guitar. Then she decided music in her own head, however awesome, was not enough. She delved into the world of music by taking her piano lessons seriously and learning to play the bass guitar. Her love for music and sound was amplified after attending film school at Biola University and completing a sound editorial internship at 20th Century Fox.

The sound industry in film was a dynamic one that combined the music of her imagination with real world sounds. Within a span of two years, she happily embraced her newfound role as a sound editor, working on a number of short films including Persimmon, Cardboard Dreams, and The Flight of Man.
